The Transition: Once enrolled in a $125/mo Wellness Membership, all follow-up visits and portal support are included.
Focused Clinical Consultation: Not ready for a membership? A one-time Lab Results Review is available for $75.

What to Expect
Your initial consultation is a comprehensive telehealth visit where we will:
Review your medical history and current symptoms
Discuss your health goals
Review prior lab work (if available)
Determine whether additional testing is needed
Develop an initial care plan and outline next steps, including any recommended testing
Before Your Appointment
Complete all intake forms prior to your visit
Appointments are confirmed once required forms and consents are completed
Upload any recent lab results (if available)
You must be physically located in Florida at the time of your visit

Many patients benefit from a comprehensive approach. You may enroll in more than one program (e.g., Hormone Optimization and Weight Management). We coordinate your entire health plan, labs, and protocols into one seamless experience.
DPC Members: Add any Specialty Wellness program for just $75/month.
Multi-Program Wellness: Enrolled in one specialty? Add a second (e.g., Hormones + Weight Loss) for a flat $75/month add-on fee.

Initial Consultation: All new patients begin with a $125 comprehensive evaluation.
No Long-Term Contracts: Our programs operate on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time with a 30-day written notice via the Spruce app. All memberships automatically renew every 30 days.
Exclusions: Membership fees cover professional services. Medications, supplements, and labs are billed separately by third-party providers.
Your Choice: You always have the right to use the laboratory or pharmacy of your choice.
Refill Policy: Clinical management and prescription refills are provided exclusively for active, enrolled members.

Refunds for unused services are at the discretion of the clinic. A $50 administrative fee applies to all processed refunds to cover merchant costs and file review.

Optimal You Wellness is a direct-pay practice and does not participate with or bill any insurance providers.
This model allows for longer visits, direct access to your provider, and highly personalized care. Payment is required at the time of booking or prior to the start of a monthly program.

Telehealth involves the use of electronic communications to provide care when the provider and patient are in different locations. Telehealth has inherent limitations and is not a substitute for in-person care when a physical examination is required.

All patients receive access to the Spruce Health secure messaging platform. Brief clinical questions and administrative needs are handled via message; complex concerns may require a scheduled video visit.
