DPC at Optimal You Wellness
What Is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership-based model that gives you direct access to your provider without the use of insurance.
This approach allows for:
Longer, more personalized visits
Improved access and communication
A focus on prevention and long-term health
Membership Pricing
One-time Enrollment & Onboarding: $125 (non-refundable)
This fee covers your comprehensive initial clinical intake and onboarding.
Monthly Membership:
Ages 18–25: $125/month
Ages 26–45: $150/month
Ages 46+: $175/month
Total to Start:
$125 (Enrollment) + First Month Membership
Your initial payment covers your onboarding visit and your first 30 days of care. Ongoing monthly billing begins 30 days after your onboarding visit.
Direct Primary Care is not a health insurance policy and does not provide comprehensive medical coverage. Patients are encouraged to maintain a separate policy for emergencies and hospitalizations.

We provide comprehensive management for chronic and acute medications. However, we do not prescribe controlled substances for chronic pain or psychiatric needs (such as narcotics, benzodiazepines or certain stimulants) via telehealth.
Specialty medications (like testosterone or weight-loss stimulants) are managed under our separate Specialty Wellness protocols.
All prescriptions are at the discretion of the provider based on clinical evaluation.
